Privacy policy
We sell transparent lead tracking — no hidden numbers, no black box. It would be strange to be vague about our own data, so here's exactly what we collect and why.
What we collect
Form details (name, email, phone, message) plus standard website analytics.
What we do with it
Reply, follow up, and measure which campaigns produce enquiries. We do not sell it.

This site is operated by TREFKRAG (Pty) Ltd, trading as TREFKRAG. If you're a client, your campaign data is governed by our client agreement, not this page.
01. Who we are
TREFKRAG (Pty) Ltd (trading as TK Digital Marketing) operates trefkrag.co.za. We run Google Ads campaigns and build landing pages for South African automotive and medical businesses. This policy covers this website only — it does not cover data our clients collect through their own campaigns, which is governed by our agreements with them.
02. Contact and lead forms
When you submit a form on this site, we collect your name, email, phone number, and message. We use this to reply to your enquiry and follow up. We do not sell your information. The one exception: if your enquiry relates to a specific business we work with, we may pass your details to that business so they can respond. Our lawful basis for processing is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

You can opt out of advertising tracking through your browser settings or Google Ads Settings.
06. Embedded content
Some pages may include content embedded from other sites (for example, a Google Map). Embedded content behaves exactly as if you visited that other site directly — it may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction, particularly if you're logged into that service.
07. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you, plus a reasonable follow-up period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see section 09.
08. Your rights under POPIA
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, Act 4 of 2013), you have the right to: request a copy of the information we hold about you; ask us to correct it; ask us to delete it; object to how we use it; and complain to the Information Regulator if you believe we've handled your information incorrectly. None of this costs you anything, and we'll respond promptly.

We'll update this policy whenever something material changes — for example, if we start using a new tracking tool. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
This page reflects standard POPIA practice for a small South African service business and is not a legal opinion. If TREFKRAG begins processing special personal information, transferring data outside South Africa, or handling patient data on behalf of medical clients, this policy should be reviewed by an attorney before being relied on.
